adopted in the press. High quality PC device is adopted for
electrical control. Frequency converter is used for main motor and
water roller motor. Push buttons, DC electromagnets and other
electrical components are of high quality ensuring reliability of
the press. Japanese casting technology is used for castings and the material
is of high quality. All cams of the press are of high quality alloy
steel and nitriding treated. High frequency quenching treatment is
adopted for precision gears to guarantee that the press can work
precisely for a long time. Ink supply system is calculated and deployed reasonably. Frequency
convertible motor is used in plate damping system to realizie
